## Share the context of the request

Include the environment, method and path, response status, request ID if available, and a short description of the behavior you expected. Provide a redacted request and response when useful.

Keep API keys, webhook signing secrets and wallet recovery material out of the message. The request identifier and a redacted example are more useful for investigation than an unfiltered log.

## Product and deployment review

For a new integration, include your product type, wallet model, intended asset and network, and the customer flow you want to launch. Use the [launch checklist](/operate/launch/) to identify decisions that need joint review.
