Operate & launch

Launch your Earn integration

Turn a working prototype into a reviewed product, settlement and operating flow.

A launch review should leave product, engineering and operations with the same understanding of how Earn works. Use the following deliverables to make the integration concrete.

Product and customer experience

  • Confirm the target customer, asset and Earn entry point.
  • Review consent, rate labels, fees and risk information in the actual screens.
  • Define available, pending and Earn balances, including error states.
  • Test a full withdrawal and the resulting customer activity record.
  • Assign the customer-support owner and the escalation path.

Contracts and settlement

  • Obtain the deployment record: chain ID, token and vault addresses, ABI and contract version.
  • Verify the wallet-signing model and where the resulting position is held.
  • Review token allowances, transaction preparation and receipt handling.
  • Confirm fees, liquidity assumptions, roles, upgrade controls and pause behavior for that deployment.
  • Match the relevant audit scope to the selected code and deployed configuration.

API and data

  • Use the assigned Partner API URL and partner-scoped credential.
  • Store the mapping between your customer and the attributed user ID.
  • Verify the asset, rate, amount and timestamp units.
  • Exercise authentication, permission, validation and rate-limit failures.
  • Verify webhook signatures and handle repeated or delayed events.
  • Distinguish empty data from unavailable upstream data in reporting.

Operations and commercial handoff

  • Agree the balance and event sources used for reconciliation.
  • Test the mismatch and unavailable-data paths, with an owner for each.
  • Confirm the fee basis and partner-share definition in the commercial agreement.
  • Agree monitoring, incident contacts and a rollback or pause procedure.
  • Record acceptance evidence for the complete customer journey.

What to bring to the review

Bring a working product flow, a deployment record, representative API responses and the result of the deposit-to-withdrawal test. The review can then focus on the exact configuration your team intends to launch.
