Share the context of the request
Include the environment, method and path, response status, request ID if available, and a short description of the behavior you expected. Provide a redacted request and response when useful.
Keep API keys, webhook signing secrets and wallet recovery material out of the message. The request identifier and a redacted example are more useful for investigation than an unfiltered log.
Product and deployment review
For a new integration, include your product type, wallet model, intended asset and network, and the customer flow you want to launch. Use the launch checklist to identify decisions that need joint review.
